The Frostbite Regatta - After a long and extremely successful 2008/9 sailing season we end the season with the traditional two day Frostbite Regatta this coming weekend.

The program of events is as follows:-

• 13h45 Saturday 16 May - Skippers briefing
• 14h00 Saturday 16 May - Races 1 & 2
  
• 17h00 Saturday 16 May - Happy Hour
• 09h30 Sunday 17 May - RYC Club Breakfast
• 12h00 Sunday 17 May - Races 3 & 4

Besides the sailing next Saturday and Sunday we will be having a scrumptious Club breakfast (with champagne for those who want) on the Sunday morning.

The Frostbite is a an event for the whole family and the Club breakfast on Sunday morning a perfect opportunity you, and the Club, to thank spouses and family for patiently supporting your sailing activity during the past few months.

The Club breakfast is included in the Frostbite regatta entry fee of R25 per senior sailor and R20 per junior. For non-sailors in the Frostbite regatta the breakfast costs R20 per adult and R15 per child.

Please note that the Club breakfast replaces the Saturday night social on the sailing program and that bookings / entries before noon this Wednesday are essential to ensure adequate catering for the breakfast.
